We use HubSpot on this website and as a customer relationship management system (“CRM system”).

This is an integrated software solution that we use to cover various aspects of our online marketing activities and customer relationship management.

These include:

Email marketing (newsletter as well as automated mailings), social media publishing & reporting, reporting (e.g. traffic sources, hits, etc.), contact management (e.g. user segmentation & CRM), landing pages and, where applicable, contact forms.

User details and their contact information as well as the contents of our website are stored on the servers of our software partner HubSpot. They can be used by us to contact visitors to our website and to determine which of our company’s services are of interest to them. All information we collect is subject to this privacy policy. We use all the information we collect solely to optimize our marketing efforts.

Insofar as we use HubSpot’s live chat service “Messages”, the following data is transmitted to HubSpot’s servers upon consent and use of this function:

The content of all chat messages sent and received

Context information (e.g. the page on which the chat was used)

Optional: Email address of the user (if provided by the user via the chat function)

The legal basis for using the services of HubSpot is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest to optimize our marketing measures, efficient and fast processing of user inquiries, and improving our service quality on the website). 

We have concluded an agreement for contracted processing services with HubSpot based on standard contractual clauses of the EU. This ensures compliance with European data protection law.
